Audio Testing…

There are a number of downloadable audio files on this site; but I thought it time to provide some audio streaming functionality here. The streaming is courtesy of a Wordpress plugin simply called “Audio Player”. Below you should be able to see the little play button (although it does require that you have Flash installed).

The music I have added is some basic meditation music with a relaxation overlay included. It runs for about 3mins so you shouldn’t have any problems with it. When you play the music see if it relaxes you. You may find some subtle changes come over your consciousness / awareness, but in order to detect them you will need to be sitting quietly - perhaps even close your eyes whilst the piece plays.

Anyway - I would appreciate it if you guys could let me know how well the audio player works for you, and if it has any problems!
