Beta Binaural Beats - Brainwave Entrainment: Waking to the World [mp3]
—————
Over the last few years my interest in altered states of consciousness has continued to grow. My interest was initially sparked by the use of binaural beats and later brainwave entrainment (this is why I have added a number of binaural beats downloads to this site), both of which are very powerful aids for altering ones consciousness. In particular I have found brainwave entrainment audio which also uses binaural beats encoding to be very effective. The great thing about brainwave entrainment is its ability to synchronize the brain to a desired frequency.
My early interests in brainwave entrainment was always in the theta frequency, mainly because this is the frequency the brain enters during dreaming, and this entrainment frequency has also been known to induce visions. Recently I have come across a few studies on psychoactives and the associated brainwave patterns they induce. Now I had always been under the assumption that psychedelics - due to their hallucinatory nature - would induce theta frequency brainwaves. It turns out for certain psychedelics that is totally untrue. Instead they appear to boost beta and alpha frequency brainwaves.
I find this especially interesting, because beta brainwaves are those of the alert and awake mind. That psychedelics would heighten what is essentially normal brainwave activity and allow one to see ‘other worlds’ is very suggestive. Especially when we consider that in a normal state the brain filters out a large portion of what is actually occurring around us…meaning that with normal perception there are many things we are simply unable to see.
At any rate, I have included a new brainwave entrainment audio file here. This one is encoded in the Beta frequency and is ideal for creating energy and motivation in those moments when you are feeling particularly lethargic or un-motivated. Let me know what you think…

[ Quote ]Hi…
What kind of vibration I need for the study of my school?
[ Quote ]Gamma is a good frequency for learning - however I don’t have one on the site.
Maybe www.brainwave-sync.com have a gamma mp3 file?
[ Quote ]Very much enjoyed Waking to the World, where can I find to download or purchase? Cheers! -Adam
[ Quote ]Hi Adam, glad you liked the track. You can download it from here: Waking to the World
[ Quote ]Waking to the World is great for late night study! I am more focused visually and more alert to the meaning of the text I am reading. Thanks for sharing. Great site.
[ Quote ]Hello Marcus
Do you have any idea what the spoken words are at 17 - 18 minutes? I think it is a good idea to be aware of messages that could literally be subliminal while in inherently suggestible states. Do you agree?
[ Quote ]One more thing - what is the tick-box for down the bottom left?
[ Quote ]Hi Martin, there are no subliminal content in any of the MP3s on this site. In fact the concept of ’subliminal’ audio is an interesting one which I will post about soon. When it comes to audio, subliminals and hypnotism, people aren’t quite as suggestible as many believe. It actually takes a lot of work to get people to do / believe things unconsciously. The media excels at this.
Subliminal images / audio don’t work unless backed up by many other very special techniques. Like I said, I will go into this in detail at some point.
Regarding this audio, I don’t actually know what those words say…they are somewhat distorted aren’t they. If you don’t feel comfortable with the audio, let me know and I will get it changed for something else.
The tick at the bottom left enables you ’subscribe’ to each topic - you get notifications of any follow up comments. It’s a Wordpress plugin, and for some reason the text isn’t being displayed - so that needs to be fixed.
[ Quote ]I too have an interest in these matters. I continually do researches and self experiments regarding brainwave entrainment. Now, I have a deep respect for isochronic tones as the best method of brainwave entrainment, as opposed to the use of binaural beats/tones alone.
