How to answer that inevitable question; “How can I change my life?” The popular trend at the moment would have you believe the world can be changed with so called positive thinking or in “10 easy steps”. But what if – like me – you are not the type to be able to constantly carry happy sunny thoughts – or find those “easy” steps never actually work?
In my world, thinking only positive thoughts is unrealistic; the real world carries shades of black, white and grey. Not just white on its own. Changing our lives is about finding balance, and balance means not going to extreme ends of the spectrum. So as I don’t recommend “Positive Thinking” or “easy step” programs, what then, do I suggest? My answer is “Conscious Thinking”. In this multi-part series, you will learn to become aware of your inner-self and will gain a deep insight into your thought process. This is the beginning of the path that will give you powerful control over the direction of your life!
