Here’s a new addition to the Brainwave Entrainment Center, it has been a bit too long since the last one to be honest. This new brainwave entrainment audio, is aimed at calming the mind – so you will find it very useful for those times when you are stressed, or have had a hectic and stressful day. You may also find that it will help you sleep as its effects tend to be pretty relaxing.

Binaural beats and brainwave entrainment continue to be an ongoing aspect of self and spiritual exploration for me. And they are a very good aid to meditation. In fact you may like to try this particular audio as a precursor to meditating, as it will almost certainly help relax and calm your mind.
