Stonehenge - mystery sleepless hidden secrets

A restful ancient [tag]power[/tag] is quite palpable at the ancient monument of [tag]Stonehenge[/tag] on the more quiet days. Large crowds tend to dampen the emanations of the site, but even then there is a somewhat peaceful, respectful feel to the energy given off by the visitors to Stonehenge.

Stonehenge - silent

As a [tag]mysterious[/tag] anomaly in the fabric of space-time managed to destroy all the photos I took of the site during my first visit, I decided to take a second trip to Stonehenge. It was fortunate in many ways - as it gave me the opportunity to confirm the [tag]mystery[/tag] of energy the place has. There is indeed something mystical about Stonehenge, but unlike the energy felt in more modern manmade buildings of say - 1000 years ago - Stonehenge has an energy that feels of a very different nature.

I have been contemplating the nature of that energy, and have tried to categorise it somehow. In so far as my somewhat limited experiences go in these realms, I find myself unable to clearly label or define what I felt there. I am only left with the feeling that it is somehow “other” than human. Somehow unknowable. I don’t believe that aliens built the site - but there is an otherworldly influence there that is undeniable.

I haven’t ever visited any of the other ancient sites - so have nothing to compare against. Maybe someone could tell of their experiences with the Egyptian [tag]Pyramids[/tag]?

Everything retains an imprint within it, vibrations and frequencies left behind by people. Fingerprints of energies, which can be felt by us just as we feel with our other senses. There is an awesome spiritual energy found in some of the oldest cathedrals, and though these are humbling - those energies are somehow blended with man. At Stonehenge I didn’t feel that - and truthfully it has left me in wonderment.
