Marina of Marina’s Masters sent me a link to some wonderful videos she has created. The one shown here has a very powerful feel of timelessness to it! A great pre-cursor to a meditation for sure.
What I really like about this particular video is that it pulls me into the present moment - its title “Now” is very apt indeed. Watch the video and see what feelings it invokes in you; pay attention to what happens to your awareness. Then see if you can replicate this feeling on your own, perhaps during a meditation or a quiet moment.
