The Power of Entrainment

I may talk about brainwave entrainment a lot on this site, but its ability to induce altered states of consciousness really shouldn’t be underestimated. Yes, brainwave entrainment requires some work on your behalf - you do need to guide your awareness towards that altered state, it does however make altered states far more accessible than through meditation alone.

The effects are potentially along the same lines as using a psychoactive substance, although obviously there are two very clear distinctions. One, turning the audio off ends the experience. Two, you don’t have to put anything in your body you may not want to. In short you have much more control.

I have added a new audio into the Brainwave Entrainment Center, and this one is somewhat experimental. It has been created with the aim of inducing an Out of Body Experience…so only try it if you are sure that’s what you want (you have been warned!) Personally I have never had an OBE from using brainwave entrainment, but I certainly believe it is possible based on the experiences I have had with the technology.
